December Guest Designer, Esther Asbury

It’s Wednesday again, and time for another fabulous project from our talented December Guest Designer, Esther Asbury.  Today she has created four tags for us, along with a tutorial on “How To Make Snow”.  She used some of this “snow” (on card #4), along with lots of great CropStop products on her tags.   You can see additional photos of Esther’s tags, along with a complete supply list on her blog, Shoregirl Creations.

Tag #2 Supplies and Tools: Petaloo Flowers, Apricot Ribbon, Paper Crimper (Fiskars), Tree Punch (Martha Stewart), Washi Tape, Crackle Background Stamp (Stampin’ Up), Cream/Kraft Cardstock, Hole Punch, Twine
Tag #3 Supplies and Tools: Petaloo Crochet Lace Fancy Trim, Mini Clothespin, Washi Tape, Cream/Kraft Cardstock, Twine, Snowflake Punch (Martha Stewart), Music Paper, Circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Twig, Eyelet Lace Border Punch (Martha Stewart), Mini Star Punch
Tag # 4 Supplies and Tools: Petaloo Crochet Lace Fancy Trim, Scallop Square Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Heidi Swapp – Mini Stencils, Washi Tape, Ric Rac, Cream/Teal/White/Kraft Cardstock, Comb (for quilling), homemade snow, Twine
To create your own faux snow you need only two items:
Styrofoam balls and a knife
Step 1: Cut your Styrofoam ball in half
Step 2: Grate both pieces together
Step 3: Apply wet glue to your project and sprinkle on faux snow
Step 4: Pat down and shake off excess

Esther will be back again next Wednesday with another great project for us.  In the meantime, be sure to stop by our blog to play along in our current challenge; and you can always stop by the CropStop Store to do some shopping.

See you next week!
