Bee Happy

Hey everyone, Steph Ackerman here working with a fun embossing folder from Darice.

To create the background of the card, I ran Ranger Distress Ink in Fossiled Amber across white cardstock.  Then I spritzed over the panel with Dyan Reaveley’s Dylusions in Pomegranate Seed and used a baby wipe to mix the colors.

Then I embossed the panel with Darice Bees Buzzing Embossing Folder.  I didn’t like the blob of color in the center, so I embossed white cardstock with the same embossing folder.

I fussy cut around the honeycombs and inked it with Ranger Distress Ink in Fossilized Amber and then placed it on the card.

The panel was matted with  Coredinations brown cardstock, then added to a yellow card around which I tied white ribbon.

Stickers spelling bee happy were added to the honeycombs.  Why not play around with your products today and see what you can create.

Thanks for stopping by today.
