Quilted Sympathy

Today I have a quilt themed sympathy card to share with you. I keep my paper scraps organized in pockets according to color, so it’s fairly easy to pull out some matching pieces and create a background like this one.

Here’s how I put created the background for this card:

Since I wanted the quilted background to be the main feature of this card, I kept the embellishments to a minimum.

Now it’s YOUR turn to share what you’ve been creating lately! Stop by our CURRENT LINK PARTY and show off any project that includes a few products from companies Cropstop carries in the store.

  1. Esther, your placement of all those tiny strips is perfectly done with equal white space between them; that’s not easy to do manually. The card is beautiful with your coordinating papers and quilted embossing folder. Great idea!

  2. What a GORGEOUS design! You get an A++++ for your technical ability! Wow!
