Guest Designer – Karen Letchworth

KLCropCardI had an empty guest designer spot in March and decided to ask an old pro at creating beautiful cards to showcase Cropstop products if she would fill it! — Welcome back Karen Letchworth from My Cup Runneth Over.

To create her pretty spring card, Karen started with some black cardstock from Core’dinations. After embossing her background with a music folder from Cuttlebug, she added some heavy white gesso from Prima to the edges.  Across the top she layered 3 tags and stamped her sentiment in Tim Holtz Distress ink.

KLCropCloseThe bottom of Karen’s card features a lovely floral arrangement using some Petaloo blooms, a music flower die cut with MFT Dienamics Flower die, and bow made from natural colored burlap string.

Thanks for sharing your talent with us again, Karen! You always do a gorgeous job on whatever you make!

There’s still time for YOU to share your creativity with us in the CURRENT CHALLENGE . Come on by and link up your creations using products from Cropstop companies! Hope to see you there…

Beautiful as always, Karen. You know how I envy your style – just does not come naturally for me. Really like the repeat of music in the flower, background, and tag.
