This week we are bringing you a repost of a blog from Heartfelt Creations’ blogger Olga Jewell, all about Winking Frog and a tutorial for an amazing project!
Locate the sheet of paper with the images to be cut out. I had already cut most of them apart and forgot to take a picture, sorry….
Decide on which ones you want as chip board, cut those out and cut out the same image from card board. Mine is from the back of a paper pack, you can use almost anything even a cereal box.
Glue the matching pieces together and you have your chip board. You can also add a magnet to the back and use on your refrigerator.
Next, let’s make the card….
Begin with a 5 ½ x 8 ½ piece of white card stock, I use Recollections 110 lb. Place the card stock in your paper cutter on the 2 ½” mark and cut from 1” to 6 ½.”
On the 2 ½” side, score at 1”, 2”, 3 ¼”, 4 ½” and 6 ½.” Fold in and out to achieve the side step fold.
You are ready to decorate to your liking……
Here is my finished card. Hope this tutorial has been fun and you try it!!
Thanks for the great tutorial Olga!
