Today we have a guest post from the talented Kathleen Sawyer of Kat’s Scrap Box. She created this sweet card with some of her CropStop products. To create the background for her card, Kathleen used her Cuttlebug, the Smooch embossing folder from Couture Creations, her speedball roller, and some cotton candy pink, chocolate brown, and gold metallic ink.
She layered her embossed panel on brown polk-a-dot paper from K & Company. Her stamped sentiment comes from the Close to my Heart set called My Sunshine and nestles on a piece of lace with a pretty white flower and gold bow accenting. Each layer was cut with her Lawn Fawn – large scalloped rectangle dies.
A small arrow embellishment from Anna Griffin overlays her flourish die cut from My Favorite Things, and two tiny copper brads add dimension to her bird and flower
Thanks Kathleen for sharing your lovely card with us today.
