It’s Friday and that means it’s time for another guest design post here on the Cropstop blog! Today we’re sharing the talents of Gail Tasker of the Crafty Nomad. Gail is sharing a quick and easy Christmas card for all you last minute card makers – I think it would double nicely as a wintertime card for January as well!
Here’s what Gail says about creating this deer themed card: “Hello. My name is Gail aka ionabunny, and I am very honoured to have been asked to guest design here at Cropstop. I decided that since Christmas is fast approaching I would share a quick seasonal card that is very easy, but quite fun.
And then I did this…..
It’s a twofer!! I used the Bazzill card negative cut from the deer and stuck it on a brown card base. Don’t forget to keep those three little pieces so you can piece them back in. I also added some Wink of Stellar to the brown deer to give it a bit more interest.
I hope this gives you some ideas for quick makes and using those negative bits. It’s been fun. Take care. Hugz
Thanks so much for sharing your talent with us today, Gail! Now it’s YOUR turn! Stop by our CURRENT LINK PARTY and showoff the projects you’ve been working on that include a few products from companies Cropstop carries in the store! I hope to see you there!
